Standard Core - One pound density virgin foam; tapered 4" to 2 1/2" thick;insulation retains heats, but core only supports its own weight - it is not designed to support additional weight such as persons, pets, or snowfall. Best for indoor use, or outdoor use in mild climates
Deluxe Core - Two pound high density virgin foam tapered 4" to 2 1/2" thick; provides significantly higher insulation value to retain more heat, plus supports up to 75 pounds per side of live or dead weight such as small children, pets, or light snow fall
Premium Core - Two pound high density virgin foam flat 3" thick,
with extra reinforced **Walk-on Strength Aluminum Facing; provides

5. RECORD » Spa Hard Cover Dimensions A through F
Measure spa [or existing cover to be replaced] and enter the required measurements for dimensions A through F [leave unused letters blank].
Measure spa in inches as accurately as possible, to the nearest 1/4 inch. Example: 58.25" or 58-1/4". During manufacturing, the production team will round customer's measurements up to the nearest 1/2 inch.
Note: When measuring the cover dimensions, stand facing spa with the spa's widest dimension running left to right in front of you, to properly orient the spa to the SELECTION Diagram. The fold on the cover will run left to right parallel to the longest side of the spa.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
On square or rectangle shapes with two cut or four cut corners, click here to verify measurements.
For covers with cut corners that do not have 45 degree angles, or covers the have odd shapes, or covers were the measurements do not match the geometric formulas for the desired shape; a template is required to ensure an accurate result when producing the cover. See Spa Cover Template Instructions

IMPORTANT NOTES:
All Standard Selection shaped covers will meet UL ASTM Child Safety
Specifications under following conditions:
To meet UL ASTM requirements, customer must order Deluxe Core
or Premium Walk-on strength Core cover and Locking Tie-Downs at the original positions shown in the Standard Selection Diagrams.
Optional Custom Shapes such as kidney, waterfall, or a one cut corner ust be ordered with Locking Tie-Downs as per UL ASTM Specifications - call for details.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Covers using Snap Tie-Downs and Standard Core covers will not meet UL ASTM safety standards.
Tie down straps can be eliminated, or positioning can be relocated to
customer specifications, however, they will not meet ASTM standards.
If spa installation requires residential permitting, or if being used in a
commercial application, consult local Building Permit Department for
proper UL ASTM safety requirements.

Spa Covers - Important Delivery Notice
Spa Covers are delivered in an oversized package. It must be shipped through a common carrier freight company [large 18-wheeled truck] and will arrive at your address about 1-7 days after leaving the manufacturer's warehouse. Total processing time including shipping is 7-21 days. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.
Delivery locations not accessible by tractor trailers must make special arrangements for pickup at the local terminal, or pay additional fees for delivery.
The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck; it can be handled by one or two people. The freight company will not take it inside without charging additional fees, which you would be responsible for paying, as this was not included in the freight quote provided to you.
It is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the packaging [cuts, tears, dents or punctures], you need to open the package before accepting the delivery; if the actual cover is damaged, refuse delivery of the order and contact our customer service department.
If the driver refuses to wait for you to open and inspect, then it is best to refuse the package. If there appears to only be box damage and you decide to keep your cover for further inspection, be sure to note the box damage on the receiver receipt you will be required to sign so a claim can be filed on your behalf. If the package is accepted without any damage noted, any damage found or any claims needing to be filed will be the responsibility of the consignee [you].
In all cases where you find concealed damage, be sure to keep the packaging in case the carrier sends an inspector after a claim is presented.
